my father came from buffalo and knew dick from their youth. we always watched when dick was on tv and went to see his Second Greatest Entertainer show several times. my father always had the most wonderful things to say about him and i remember how gracious he was when he met with us after one of his performances. dick was a terrific performer and very ahead of his time. terrific interview.
